This was the largest social housing regeneration scheme in the borough of Lambeth in London. Several sites were constructed within one square mile, and this area of Lambeth was transformed into a beautiful new community, though a challenging logistical project as the programme directed that many sites be constructed simultaneously.

A four-year programme with over 1000 units constructed. Lambeth was running a local labour initiative which Harlequin as a company heavily supported, offering work and apprenticeships to people from the local area.
