Harlequin Brickwork was proud to partner with Bouygues UK on this landmark project in the heart of Brighton city centre—a vibrant new student accommodation development, complete with communal spaces and a recreational centre.
Designed to provide high-quality living and lifestyle spaces for students, the scheme included a complex concrete frame structure, fully clad in distinctive traditional white brickwork, including a striking brick-clad triangular roof structure that now forms a standout feature in Brighton’s skyline.
This was a technically demanding project, both in terms of architectural detailing and programme, and Harlequin was appointed to deliver the complete brickwork package to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
