Project Overview

Beaufort Park is one of North West London’s largest mixed-use regeneration projects. Designed to create a thriving community with exceptional residential, retail, and lifestyle facilities, the scheme presented both technical complexity and high expectations for quality and programme.

Harlequin Brickwork was appointed to deliver the complete brickwork and scaffolding packages for a new phase of the development, encompassing striking new apartment buildings and a state-of-the-art residents’ spa and gym.

Our Scope of Works

  • Full external brick facade cladding to multiple new-build concrete frame apartment blocks.
  • Basement blockwork construction to form the structural and partition walls of the luxury spa and gym areas.
  • Full design, supply, and installation of all required scaffolding to support the external and internal works.

Project Delivery

From day one, our approach was centred around detailed planning, precise execution, and collaborative working with St George and the project team.

Integrated Planning & Scaffold Design

We developed a carefully sequenced scaffold strategy, designed to support the complex geometry of the buildings and to optimise safe access across all working areas. Our scaffold package—valued at over £1 million—enabled multiple trade interfaces while maintaining programme efficiency.

Brickwork Execution

The façade work demanded both speed and craftsmanship. Our experienced bricklaying teams delivered crisp, uniform results, achieving the high standards of finish and visual consistency that define the Beaufort Park aesthetic.

Internal Blockwork

Below ground, our team also undertook the structural and partition blockwork to create the core layout of the new residents’ spa and gym. These works required particular attention to tolerances and integration with complex MEP systems—a challenge we met through close coordination with the client and wider project team.

Collaborative Working & Communication

As with all Harlequin projects, open and proactive communication was key to our success. Regular coordination meetings and clear reporting helped to ensure that we stayed ahead of programme expectations and addressed any on-site challenges swiftly and effectively.
