This major multi-phase scheme, spanning 60 months, forms a vibrant new community and reflects the highest standards of modern urban residential design. The development combines both private sale and affordable housing apartments, set within high-quality public realms and landscaped environments.

Harlequin was appointed to deliver the complete brickwork package—a significant commission that highlights our ability to deliver large, complex projects while maintaining our trademark standards of quality and attention to detail.

Our Scope of Works

  • Full external brickwork cladding to a series of concrete frame buildings.
  • Integration of internal SFS skin with brick façades.
  • Installation of traditional stock brickwork finished in natural mortar, aligned with the architect’s design vision.
  • Works delivered over multiple phases, coordinated with an evolving site programme and concurrent trades.
